On October 22, 2024, New England Law's Latin American Law Student Association collaborated with other student affinity groups to host a panel of judges and attorneys for a conversation about diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession. Panelists included Courtney Herndon '15, an intellectual property lawyer at Mintz; Tara Singh, a litigation associate at Hinckley Allen; former Chief Justice of the Boston Municipal Court Hon. Robert Ronquillo '84; Hon. Jason Chan '07, Associate Justice of the Massachusetts District Court; and Lisa Locher, an immigration lawyer at Greater Boston Legal Services.
