Brenda L. Cameron recently retired from her position as deputy chief of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue Bureau of Local Assessment. In this role, she supervised three regional offices responsible for certifying the development of local real and personal property valuations. She also provided oversight of the central valuation of utility property for taxation purposes and the state-owned land valuation program.
Previously, she served as director of assessing for the town of Stoughton, Massachusetts, and as an assistant assessor for the town of Walpole. She began her career in property tax administration with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
While at New England Law | Boston, Cameron was a member of the International Law Society and a student member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
