Lawyers trained outside the United States can earn the education credits they need to sit for the Massachusetts bar exam at New England Law | Boston.
Passing the US bar exam is an impressive credential that offers immediate career advantages. Eligible foreign-educated lawyers can meet the requirements to sit for the Massachusetts bar by completing coursework at New England Law | Boston.
The Massachusetts Board of Bar Examiners permits lawyers from other countries with a common law tradition—such as the United Kingdom, India, and Hong Kong—to take the Massachusetts bar by meeting standards that include completing 15 credits at an ABA-accredited law school (courses must be completed in person; online and distance-learning programs are not eligible). These courses include topics such as constitutional law, criminal law, and commercial law.
You can take the courses you need to meet this unique requirement through New England Law’s Foreign Lawyer Bar Program.
