Halim Moris is Partner with the law firm of Moris and O'Shea, LLC, in Stoneham, Massachusetts. Moris has over 25 years of experience in immigration law. He has been recognized as a 'Top Lawyer of Massachusetts' and a 'Super Lawyer' by Boston Magazine. Prior to joining the law firm of Moris and O'Shea, LLC, Moris was a Senior Attorney with the Immigration Unit of Greater Boston Legal Services. He represents asylum seekers, special juvenile immigrants, individuals facing removal proceedings, and individuals seeking relief under the Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA) and Haitian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act (HIRFA). Moris is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and a member of the executive board of the Massachusetts chapter of the National Lawyers Guild.
