The New England Law Review rescheduled spring 2017 symposium will showcase renowned author Laura K. Donohue and her latest book, The Future of Foreign Intelligence: Privacy and Surveillance in a Digital Age. The panel, taking place on Thursday, November 9, 2017, from 4:00–6:00 p.m. in the Cherry Room at New England Law | Boston, will highlight topics including how US foreign intelligence law has evolved and how digital technology and global communications systems have changed society, and discuss Fourth Amendment limitations for strategies regarding the bulk collection of data by the National Security Agency.
